Wisconsin Vote by Mail Postcards from BlueWavePostcards.org have a short script and address labels!
Right wing extremism is dangerous for this country. In Wisconsin, an 1849 anti-abortion law could go into effect if Roe is overturned. While Wisconsin’s Democratic Governor, Tony Evers, supports repealing this law, Republicans control the state legislature and will not support the repeal. It is urgent that we try to flip competitive races in the state house and state senate. It’s also imperative that we protect the governorship. There are other important races in Wisconsin for Attorney General and US Senate. We need your help to turn out the progressive vote!
The impact of state power on Americans’ fundamental rights and on democracy itself can’t be overstated. States administer all federal, state and local elections. They set rules for voting and certify election results and send electors to the Electoral College. Winning power in key states like Wisconsin will be critical for protecting women’s rights and free and fair elections.
In this campaign, we’re turning out Democratic voters in competitive districts. Whether they have previously voted by mail, Wisconsin voters must request mail-in ballots every year. We are asking Democratic votersto request mail-in ballots for this year’s elections as soon as possible so they will receive both primary and
general election ballots by mail and vote in both. According to statistics, if they vote in the primary, it’ll be much more likely for them to vote in the general election, too
