Honorable Joshua Cole knows not only what challenges people face in Fredericksburg and Stafford County but also what it means to truly serve his constituents. In 2019, he became the youngest person and first Black person elected from the Fredericksburg region to serve in the Virginia House of Delegates. Passionate about improving public schools & investing in our children’s education, affordable housing, and making Fredericksburg better for both its current citizens and the next generation, Joshua is ready to once again serve Virginia.
