Join us to learn about this important ballot question.
Ballotpedia recently ranked Massachusetts as having the least competitive state legislative elections in the U.S. Incumbent candidates often face no primary challenger, candidates aren’t forced to participate in substantive debate, and new voices are rarely heard. Are Open Primaries the solution?
