Mapping Your Voter Protection Plan for the Midterms

Newton Indivisible meeting for September. The Elections Action Team will give a presentation on actions you can take to protect the vote in the November election. They will:
- review the status of threats to and protections for free & fair elections
- present concrete ways that individuals can protect voting in the midterms
- describe ways to engage with voters and the election process.
There will be time during the meeting for participants to begin formulating a personal midterm action plan along with other attendees.
A core principle behind all Indivisible and coalition partner events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
