Carlos Zapata Rivera, the man who was violently arrested in Fitchburg with his baby in the car Nov 6, has a check-in appointment at the ICE office at 10AM tomorrow. With the help of the ACLU, he is suing ICE. The ACLU has reached out and asked if we could be there early. We will be there and set up at 9:30AM. He will go in for his appointment. We will likely carry on with our program (time uncertain) – but break immediately if we hear resolution. Of course, we have no idea when that may happen, so we will have to play it by ear.
