DESCRIPTION:Please join us on Martin Luther King Jr. Day\, Monday\, January 19\, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the front steps of United First Parish Church\, UFPC\, 1306 Hancock Street\, Quincy\, MA\, for a standout and reading. Reverend Rebecca Froom\, minister of UFPC\, will provide opening and closing words and members of the community will read selections from the writings of Martin Luther King Jr. Tony Winters\, Acting Director of Music\, UFPC\, will lead participants in singing. In case of inclement weather\, the event will be held indoors in the church’s Parish Hall. As community partners of United First Parish Church\, March ForwardQuincy/Indivisible and StandOut Quincy 4 Black Lives encourage you to participate in this event.
