SUMMARY:Patriots Standing Up for Democracy
DESCRIPTION:This a local Indivisible event! \n\n\n\nWe have our peaceful Stand Outs weekly. Every Sunday from noon to 1:30pm we line the street around our Common and hold signs that are relevant to fighting for our Democracy. We sing songs and we do chants\, we are unified in our love for our country and we know it is important for us to stand up and be seen\, be heard and be with other Patriots that care about our country. We have copies of the Constitution and flags along with signs that can be used. We welcome all to stand tall with us. We also collect food and funds for our town’s Food Pantry. We are in this together and helping our community in this small way is an act of empathy\, understanding and kindness that we encourage. \n\n\n\n\nRSVP for updates\n\n\n\n\nA core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.

DESCRIPTION:This a local Indivisible event! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe invite you to join us for a family friendly afternoon\, connecting with friends\, meeting new people\, and building community. Let’s celebrate Flag Day and Pride together. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will have face painting\, lawn games\, arts and crafts\, and an Ice Cream Truck. Voter Registration information and forms will be available. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThings to bring: lawn chairs or blankets\, and lunch or snacks. If you play an instrument\, please bring it to join with other musicians. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFinally\, if you are able\, please bring a hygiene item appropriate for teens. These will be donated to the Methuen High School Care Closet. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLooking forward to seeing you then!
