Join us for our Team ENOUGH welcome session to learn more about the different ways you can engage. \n\n\n\nTeam ENOUGH is a youth-led program whose mission is to educate young voices about gun violence and mobilize them to take meaningful action against it. Supported by Brady United\, we harness the expertise and experience of today’s youth to advance our intersectional work across the country. \n\n\n\nLed by an Executive Council\, comprised of students just like us\, we believe that diversity is a strength\, and that only when everyone has a seat at the table can we build an effective movement to prevent all gun violence in all communities. \n\n\n\nFor us\, preventing gun violence not only requires regulating access to firearms but also addressing how systemic racism and environmental factors cause this form of bloodshed to run especially rampant in communities of color. Long considered a symbol of peace and hope\, we plan to come together and deliver them to the nearest ice detention center on President’s Day\, February 16\, 2026. \n\n\n\nPerhaps we’ll gather them in a garland to hang on a fence or from a tree. DESCRIPTION:One of the goals in creating MAMA Discord server was to help bridge the generational gap we are seeing with many activist groups right now\, particularly within Indivisible chapters. Toward that end\, we started a Discord Workshop\, in collaboration with Indivisible Acton Area chapter. \n\n\n\n\nGet Link!\n\n\n\n\nThis workshop is right after the weekly zoom check-in with the national organizers for Indivisible\, since it is particularly geared toward Indivisible members in MA chapters. Though of course everyone is welcome to join. \n\n\n\nWe’re going to spend the first 30min-1hr helping people to install Discord on their devices and showing them the ropes. How the servers work\, what kind of tools are available\, how to make posts and share things\, how to mute channels and manage the chatter\, and so on. We will also talk about other apps and tools people commonly use such as Signal and Slack. The next hour of the workshop will be optional and open-ended for asking questions and exploring the MAMA server.

Each month\, we’ll share updates\, create opportunities to get involved\, and work collectively on projects that support inclusion\, equity\, and community care. \n\n\n\nWhether you are brand new or have been involved from the start\, all are welcome. Come to listen\, share ideas\, or plug into ongoing efforts in a way that works for you. \n\n\n\nCommunity Care and Donations At every meeting\, we will be collecting donations to support a local organization or community need. The specific focus will change monthly and details will be shared ahead of each meeting. \n\n\n\n\nRSVP for updates\n\n\n\n\nWe look forward to seeing you and continuing to build this work together. \n\n\n\nA core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action.
