DESCRIPTION:The Black Heritage Committee has been well underway planning something beautiful for our community to honor and hold space for our history and culture in honor of Juneteenth! \n\n\n\nWe are proud to share that the lineup for our Main Stage is set and ready to go! We have 4 incredible bands and a slate of amazing local performers who will be sharing what they do to bring the entertainment element of our festival to life! \n\n\n\nWondering who all gon’ be there? Keep an eye on our social media to see who’s on the stage at this year’s Juneteenth Festival and be sure to tell a friend to tell a friend to come and commemorate our 29th annual Juneteenth Festival in Worcester! \n\n\n\nThere will also be small craft businesses\, grassroots groups wanting to connect with the community and restaurant/food trucks.  Vendors are such a vibrant part of the festival each year! SUMMARY:March Forward Quincy-Indivisible June PRIDE Meeting
DESCRIPTION:We will be hosting our monthly meeting June 20 at TCPL Community meeting room on the ground floor. For PRIDE month\, we’ll be focusing on LGBTQ+ advocacy and support. Our guest speaker is from Quincy PFLAG\, an organization dedicated to supporting\, educating\, and advocating for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them. We’ll also be preparing for our presence at Quincy Pride on Saturday June 27\, including a craft project and post carding opportunities. There will also be time after the end of the meeting for fellowship and further discussion. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRSVP for Updates\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
