The Malden Democratic City Committee hosts a weekly pro-democracy stand out every Saturday. All are welcome. Please bring your own sign or an American flag. This is a family friendly event. Parking is available on surrounding side streets as well as at the nearby hockey rink as long as there isn't a game being held.
Members of Waltham Concerned Citizens hold a bi-monthly peace vigil on the Waltham Common on the first and third Saturdays of the month. Join with a sign and then head to Café on the Common afterwards to warm up in good company.
Twenty volunteers will show drivers a sequence of twenty signs that show different symptoms of authoritarianism. It's a bit of political theater.
