We call on Attorney General Andrea Campbell to pursue prosecution of ICE for kidnapping Massachusetts residents under state law. 6. WE’LL STAND WITH YOU. \n\n\n\nSay this message out loud. Speak it to another person. Repeat it again. Does it make you feel energized and ready to fight to save our country? \n\n\n\nWords. Have. Power. \n\n\n\n\nRSVP for address\n\n\n\n\nOur goal is for this empowering message to go beyond August 15th and become a mantra of hope and determination that we can hold onto and share with each other in even our darkest moments. \n\n\n\nWe want this message seen and heard EVERYWHERE – and we need your help getting it out there! We welcome you to join us on our overpasses on August 15th\, but we need you to present this message elsewhere as well: on sidewalks\, on display in store windows\, in the front dash of your car\, on your lawn\, taped onto telephone poles – anywhere that is public and where we have 1st Amendment Rights or where you have permission to display it.

DESCRIPTION:The owner of the Burlington ICE facility and Cafe Escadrille has not cooperated with the town to allow inspections. \n\n\n\nNeither the owner nor ICE have responded to Burlington’s request for an inspection. Sometimes there is not even enough room to lie down to sleep on the cement floors. Food if it comes is sporadic and unappealing. People are not supposed to be detained in this facility. A fancy dress protest draws attention to the lack of due process and inhumane conditions.

This is OUR country\, OUR streets\, OUR communities\, and WE. ARE. THE. PEOPLE.
