The hearing comes ahead of February 3\, 2026\, which is the date the program is set to expire. \n\n\n\nTestimony from the hearing will help inform the Massachusetts Congressional Delegation and their legislative and advocacy efforts in Congress. \n\n\n\nThe hearing will be held at Jubilee Christian Church (1500 Blue Hill Ave\, Mattapan\, MA 02126.
