Statewide policy shall include that if called to the scene\, local or state police will act to prevent extrajudicial kidnappings of MA residents. They shall verify a) the authenticity of an agent’s identification (i.e.\, badge)\, and b) their authority to arrest the person in question (i.e.\, warrant). 5. We call on Attorney General Andrea Campbell to pursue prosecution of ICE for kidnapping Massachusetts residents under state law. 6. We also call on Attorney General (AG) Campbell to prosecute federal agents\, who are by law required to identify themselves\, but refuse to by wearing masks and not showing badges; as well as any non-agent individuals serving as MAGA mercenaries while impersonating federal agents. \n\n\n\nA core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. DESCRIPTION:Where: Route 93 Overpass at Marble St.\, Stoneham / Forest St.\, Winchester \n\n\n\nPlease sign up for a one-hour shift between 8 AM and 11 AM on Friday\, August 8th.  \n\n\n\n\nSign up for One Hour Shift\n\n\n\nRSVP for  updates\n\n\n\n\nYou will have friendly company: we’re scheduling at least 3 volunteers for each one-hour shift. Please wear a bright-colored shirt: You will stand out to the people below and they will be much more likely to see you waving to them! Please be prompt for the start of your shift. Banners and flags for the standout will be set up on the overpass\, and we don’t want to leave them unattended\, for even a short time. You’re welcome to bring your own signs but they aren’t necessary. (Hand-held signs aren’t visible enough to be seen by the people below but they are visible to the people traveling on the Overpass.) Please email Indivisibleinn@gmail.com with any questions. \n\n\n\nA core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
