DESCRIPTION:With the midterms fast approaching\, join us for Activists Afternoons at St James Episcopal Church in Cambridge! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nActivists Afternoons is a chance for us to connect as a community and work together toward protecting our democracy. Activities at our meeting will include postcard writing\, phone banking\, and training for midterm canvassing in neighboring states. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBring yourself\, some friends\, and good energy! If you want to phone bank\, please bring a charged laptop and phone. Training will be provided! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWant to help? We could always use volunteers so please be in touch! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOrganized by Indivisible Somerville\, Cambridge Indivisible Resistance\, and Indivisible Progressive Mass Cambridge. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRSVP for Updates\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA core principle behind all Indivisible and coalition partner events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
