DESCRIPTION:Please join Common Start at the Massachusetts State House on March 5th to advocate directly to House Representatives about the House FY27 budget proposal\, and to ensure that the Common Start priorities are reflected in the FY27 budget proposal that gets released in April. \n\n\n\nImportant events like this allow us to talk in-person with legislators and legislative staff about our FY27 budget priorities\, including increasing the number of families receiving child care financial assistance\, growing funding for the C3 operational grant program to support additional child care providers\, moving Massachusetts further toward child care reimbursement rates that cover the true cost of delivering high-quality care\, and delivering much-needed funding for Head Start providers. \n\n\n\nIf you are new to advocacy days or advocating directly at the State House – no worries!
