Join us on Saturday, June 28 from 11:00am-12:30pm for our next peaceful call to action, Bigger than Dobbs: Hands off our Healthcare! This is a critical moment to stand up for healthcare access, which is under threat from Trump’s Big Awful Budget Bill and Project 2025. Join us on the 3rd anniversary of the Dobbs decision to stand up for healthcare access and reproductive freedom for all!
Indivisible Waltham is partnering with the Indivisible MA Coalition’s Feminist Action Team on this event. We will be holding signs at the Waltham Common (Main and Moody streets) from 11am-12:30pm to reject the escalating attacks on reproductive healthcare, data privacy (including sensitive reproductive health data) and civil liberties. Bring a sign focused on the theme of this event and we will also have extras to share.
Join us for the weekly action on the common protesting the current administration and sharing our vision for a community centered on love. Dozens of signs are available. We center on positive messages defending democracy, due process, the constitution, and migrant rights.
Calling all concerned citizens. Stand with us against the pervasive corruption within the Trump administration. From self-enrichment and conflicts of interest to the weakening of ethics regulations and the undermining of accountability, the integrity of our government is at stake. Join us in peaceful protest to demand transparency, uphold the rule of law, and fight for a government that truly serves the people, not the elite. Your presence is crucial in this fight for a more just and honest democracy. This a local Indivisible event! *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
We did it! June 14, 2025 – No Kings Day – was a joyous celebration of unity, strength, and solidarity. It was conceived as opposition to Trump’s birthday bash, which was more pathetic than powerful. We more than met our goal – our No Kings Day was observed in over 2150 registered protests in all 50 states, from large cities to small towns, red and blue, and in 27 countries who stood besides us against tyranny.
The participation of at least 5 million people in No Kings Day is hailed as one of the largest peaceful protests in American history since the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960’s. You may have heard of the 3.5% Rule, the social science-derived observation that few authoritarian governments have withstood that percentage of their population in open revolt against them. This percentage in the US is 11.8 million. We are almost halfway there.
But the 3.5% Rule is not a one-day/one-action principle, it requires sustainable actions by us all to tear down the authoritarian walls. One important goal will be ensuring that Virginia Republicans are defeated in this November’s elections. Republicans foresee that this is the first domino in a column that is not likely to fall in their direction, and they rightfully fear the momentum their defeat will create in 2026.
Turn Purple 2 Blue presents you with a wide variety of actions to choose from. From influencing legislators, to grassroots organizing, to voter outreach including persuasive phone calls and postcards, the most important message for us all is TO GET BUSY! Democracy cannot wait. We are already a force to be reckoned with. We must keep scaling up our actions until we succeed … no kings!
Are you alarmed by the far-right’s relentless push to dismantle our democracy and undermine our future? The time to act is now—your voice and involvement are vital in this critical moment.
Together, we have the power to resist this dangerous agenda that seeks to replace our democracy with authoritarian rule. By organizing, mobilizing, and holding leaders accountable, we can protect the rights, freedoms, and values that define America.
Join us for “Rapid Response for Our Freedoms,” a crucial event where we stand as one to defend democracy, uphold the rule of law, and safeguard the rights and freedoms we all hold dear.
This is our moment to rise up for an America that includes everyone when we say *”liberty and justice for all,” * not just the wealthy and powerful.
We are a small but mighty group that gains new activists each week. Our high visibility location is very impactful and fulfilling. Meet fellow patriots to join your voices in Solidarity.

Attendee feedback: “It was great seeing new people joining our weekly protest today, including all ages, including kids. We are fighting authoritarianism with next to no help from the courts or Congress. So we need to keep appearing and protesting while our resistance movement coalesces. We hold the power! Remember Navalny” Doug C.

It’s best to park at Bay State Commons, 600 Union Street, and walk about 2 blocks to Main Street and the rotary. Please try to leave the parking spots closest to the Commons’ businesses open for business patrons. For people with mobility challenges, there is limited parking on Main Street on a first come, first served basis. Here are some important ground rules. We cannot disrupt traffic. Please stay out of the street, and always use crosswalks. This is a peaceful protest. If someone becomes aggressive towards one of us, we should all be ready to de-escalate the situation (don’t respond to the aggressor, walk away, find a volunteer with a reflecting vest or a Westborough Police Officer). Please look out for each other. We have been in contact with the Westborough Police, and they fully support our right to PEACEFULLY protest.
