SUMMARY:Readiness\, Resilience\, and Resistance: A Workshop for What Lies Ahead
DESCRIPTION:This free workshop by the Boston Trainers Collective (BTC) is designed to promote collective resilience and community safety. During the first two hours\, participants will be taught a framework for cultivating readiness and resilience as a foundation for long-term resistance\, personal and collective care\, and preparedness for the wide range of challenges that may lie ahead such as climate-related crises\, social unrest\, and economic volatility. Participants will leave with concrete steps that can be taken immediately to start building readiness and resilience as individuals\, organizations\, and communities. Those who are interested are welcome to stay for a one-hour community safety training on marshaling and basic de-escalation for standouts\, rallies\, and marches. \n\n\n\nRSVP required. Location TBA.
