DESCRIPTION:Please join us on July 17th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at Northborough Common to celebrate the gift of community and the legacy of John Lewis\, who passed away five years ago this July 17th. Hear from local speakers and experts about how this Administration is attempting to divide us by attacking our civil and human rights\, but in America\, the power lies with the people! \n\n\n\nThis event is being organized by The Greater Assabet Indivisible Network or GAIN\, who brought you the No Kings Worcester Rally on June 14th. We will end our rally with a moving poem by our resident poet\, and a peaceful march. Let’s celebrate what truly makes America great – ‘’We the people’’. \n\n\n\n\nRSVP for updates\n\n\n\n\nA core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
