Come learn how you can contribute to immigration court observation efforts in Massachusetts! The court watch program, originally launched in 2025, aims to gather real time information about immigration court practices and concerning trends that can inform advocates and litigators and create accountability. The training will provide an introduction to immigration court proceedings, best practices in court observation at the Boston and Chelmsford immigration courts, current trends court observers should know, and how to gather and share relevant data.
