Governor Healey has a proposal to spend $360 million on a new women’s prison, despite past votes by the legislature for a moratorium on new prison construction and despite the opposition of women at MCI-Framingham.
Mallory Hanora from Families for Justice as Healing will join us to explain the campaign against the prison project as well as how we can advocate for policies that center community safety and well-being instead.
