One Million Rising Resistance Gathering

August 21, 2025 @ 7:00 pm 8:30 pm EDT

Join us for a One Million Rising Resistance Gathering. At this local community gathering attendees will stand in community together, ready to take action. They will participate in a lively discussion addressing the real time threat America is facing as we quickly shift away from our democratic values and into an authoritarian regime. We will talk through ways our local community can take action and help stop this through noncooperation techniques.

A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values. We expect hosts to ensure all participants in your event uphold this commitment. We recommend all participants review our safety and security resource before your event: https://indivisi.org/safety

One Million Rising Watch Party-Franklin

August 13, 2025 @ 7:00 pm 9:30 pm EDT

Across the country, authoritarian forces are getting bolder and more dangerous. Trump and his allies are not hiding their agenda: mass deportations, rollbacks of civil rights, weaponized courts, and full-scale attacks on our democracy. We don’t have to wait until it’s too late. We can stop this. But it’ll take all of us—not just on single days of mass action, but through sustained organizing in our communities.

That’s why this summer, we’re launching One Million Rising—a national effort to train one million people in the strategic logic and practice of non-cooperation, as well as the basics of community organizing and campaign design. This is how we build people power that can’t be ignored. You’re invited to join us—and lead.

Let’s build a force bigger than fear and louder than hate. Let’s get ready. Let’s get organized. Let’s stop Trump.

Did you miss Session 1? It’s not too late to join us – just watch the recording here!

Session 2: How to Make it Happen – July 30 Learn not just our strategy, but how you can lead a discussion with others and get them on board with taking action in your community. You’ll host your first community resistance gathering after this session, before our next session.

Can’t get into the Zoom? No problem! Check out the livestream at nokings.org/rise – make sure to still register so you can stay in touch with us and receive all of the follow-up materials!

Session 3: What Now? – August 13 You’ll be onboarded to basic campaign design and learn how to implement it locally as well as get plugged into our next national campaign work. Your second community resistance gathering will move this action forward.

The Flamingo Revolutionists No Kings Protest

August 8, 2025 @ 6:00 pm 7:30 pm EDT

The Flamingo Revolutionists is a Leominster-based group committed to fighting against the fascist regime. Trump is a racist, homophobic, misogynistic, want-to-be dictator, who is a plague to our country and we, the people, need to band together to use our voices to revoke his presidential chair in office, because WE. THE. PEOPLE. HOLD. THE. POWER.

A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.

Marshal Training

Virtual Event

August 5, 2025 @ 7:00 pm 8:30 pm EDT

Worcester Indivisible is hosting this Marshal Training.

Are you interested in keeping our actions safe, organized, and impactful? Why not join us for an official Marshal Training with Worcester Indivisible? Whether you’re new to marshaling or looking for a little refresher, this session is perfect for you!

We’ll dive into:

  • What Non-Violent Direct Action (NVDA) is all about
  • The role of a marshal and why they’re essential
  • How to manage intersections and keep things flowing smoothly
  • Leapfrogging techniques for mobile protests and marches
  • Tips for de-escalation and staying safe
  • Signal App basics for secure group chats
  • Ensuring accessibility and inclusion on the ground

And most importantly—how to keep each other safe while standing up for justice.

This training is going to be interactive, with lots of discussion. You’ll walk away with practical tactics, scripts, and tools you can start using immediately. We’ll also cover what to do if police, counter-protesters, or emergencies pop up. No prior experience required—just bring your curiosity, questions, and a commitment to keeping our community strong. Attending doesn’t mean you’re obliged to marshal—consider it a chance to grow your skills and feel more comfortable during actions.

This is a fantastic opportunity, especially if you’ve ever thought, “I want to help, but I don’t know where to start.” Come along and see how you can make a difference!
