IMPORTANT: Due to the snowstorm and loss of sidewalk access, WE HAVE CHANGED THE LOCATION for February 7 and 21. Our RESOLVE has not changed, however! ICE OUT For Good Indivisible Phone Bank

Virtual Event

February 3 @ 3:00 pm 5:00 pm EST

Masked federal agents are terrorizing our communities. They’re teargassing babies, kidnapping our neighbors, shooting clergy in the face with chemical projectiles, and killing innocent people.

But right now, we have an opportunity to rein in ICE at the federal level. ICE and Border Patrol are part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). DHS funding expires at midnight on Friday, Jan. 30. Congress is currently negotiating how to fund DHS moving forward. Democrats met our first demand that DHS cannot be funded business as usual, and now we need Republicans to join them in finding the political will to meet this moment. This is our opportunity to put significant restrictions on ICE and ensure it doesn’t get a single penny more to enable its brutality.

Join us on Tuesday, February 3, at 3 p.m. EST to call voters in key states and encourage them to call their Republican senators to demand that they rein in ICE’s terror tactics.

(This event is presented by Indivisible Project.)

Eyes on ICE: Document and Record

Virtual Event

February 5 @ 8:00 pm 9:00 pm EST

On 1/24/26, federal agents horrifically shot and killed 37-year-old Alex Pretti, an ICU nurse who cared for veterans, in the Eat Street neighborhood of south Minneapolis after brutally beating him in front of witnesses.

Enough is enough. Exercising our Constitutional right to document and record ICE and other federal agents is more important than ever. This call will give you the tools to exercise your rights in a moment when federal agents are terrorizing our communities and using excessive force.

Join our call, Eyes on Ice: Document and Record on Thursday, February 5th, 2026 at 8:00 pm ET. RSVP for Link.

We will cover the latest updates on ICE and CBP’s out-of-control and dangerous operations. We will talk through rights when documenting and recording law enforcement encounters, and how you can continue to take action.

RSVP NOW.

ICE Out Everywhere

January 31 @ 11:30 am 1:00 pm EST

We demand that the Governor and Legislature TAKE FAST ACTION to protect us from ICE abuses. We don’t have time for them to “discuss for several weeks”!

This Saturday, a broad coalition of Boston-area organizations is gathering on Boston Common to demand that Massachusetts end all cooperation with ICE. ICE terrorizes our communities.

Our state does not have to help them.

Join Mass 50501, UU Mass Action, Indivisible Mass Coalition, PSL, MEJA, and many more as we come together to:

  • Demand the Governor and State House cut ties with ICE
  • Protect immigrant and at-risk communities
  • Build collective, nonviolent resistance

Bring your signs. Bring your voice. Bring your people.

This is a nonviolent rally—loud, united, and unapologetic.

Can — And Will — the Judiciary Save Us?

February 22 @ 4:00 pm 5:30 pm EST

The role of the Judiciary is to uphold the Constitution and serve as a check on the other branches of government. But under the Trump Administration, the Supreme Court has been compromised; the Department of Justice has been weaponized; and the Constitution has been undermined.

So who can we count on to resist Trump’s unconstitutional agenda? The answer in the first year of the Trump regime has been a series of very brave and principled federal judges. They have blocked some illegal deportations; mandated the continuation of SNAP benefits; and halted an executive order restricting birthright citizenship to name a few lines of resistance. Moreover, they have done so despite being accused of being liberal activists or out of touch with everyday Americans. And their actions have made them the targets of intimidation and subjected to death threats by MAGA extremists.

The question now is can the Judiciary hold the line on Trump’s lawlessness during the remainder of his presidency? And, if they don’t, what does that mean for the Constitution? Join us for a panel discussion on the role of the Judiciary in the Trump era. We’ll look at the cases where federal judges have successfully resisted Trump’s lawlessness–and where they did not. We’ll examine how the Supreme Court has been compromised and discuss possible solutions. Most importantly, we will discuss how much damage has already been done to the rule of law—and how we as activists can help restore our Constitution and ensure its enforcement.

Feel free to submit questions along with your on-line registration or just bring your questions to the event itself.
