HW DTC Presents-Is there a better way to hold Town Meeting?

Have you ever been left out of important town decisions because you could not be physically present? The Hamilton and Wenham DTCs are holding a public meeting at the Hamilton Wenham Public Library on Thursday, August 20th from 6:30pm to 7:30pm to discuss the possibility of a universal local option, enabling remote participation for open town meetings. We will be joined by Wayland Town Clerk Trudy Cross Reid, and Dave Bernstein, the Chair of the Wayland Select Board. Local Town officals have also been invited.

A core principle behind all Indivisible and coalition partner events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
