ICE in our Backyard & Rolling Billboard Bus Tours

Do you wonder how ICE transports detainees from New England to ICE prisons in other states? Do you know where they fly from, which airlines are involved, and which corporations support the mass deportation infrastructure? Come find out what is happening in your backyard, who is enabling it and what you can do about it.
This action will be a combined tour and protest. After an informational pre-tour talk, we will take MBTA bus #76 from Lexington to Hanscom Field and back. On the bus, we will hold signs in the windows calling out Signature Aviation for its role in mass deportations. At Hanscom Field, we will stay on the bus, and observe the airfield and Signature Aviation’s significant presence.
The pre-tour talk will be illustrated by photos taken by ICE flight trackers. All participants will be encouraged to join a public pressure campaign to stop Signature Aviation from servicing ICE flights, as well as other actions you can take to protect your neighbors in New England.
Parking
Parking is available in the town parking lots, which use the paybyphone parking app (https://www.paybyphone.com), and in parking lots behind stores on Mass Avenue.
