Immigration Court Protest
September 16 @ 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm EDT
Are you mad as hell and not going to take it any more? Put on your best immigration related apparel or buttons, steal some posterboard from your kids’ art supplies, and meet me at Boston City Hall Plaza (by the flag pole) on Wednesday Sept. 16 from noon to 3, rain or shine.
The theme is ‘the immigration court system is broken, and judges are getting fired when they shouldn’t be, and it’s not ok.’ (But we’ll come up with something better for the signage…)
While this is organized with immigrational law professionals in mind, please feel free to share this and encourage anyone who supports due process and fair employment standards to come!
** We can bring signs, but the signs CANNOT be on sticks**
Stay tuned for a poster-making party earlier in the week!
