Knock Doors in New Hampshire for the Midterms
October 17 @ 10:00 am – 2:00 pm EDT
Join Indivisible Somerville to connect with voters in southern New Hampshire in support of the Democrats running for US Senate, Congress, and state office.
We’ll help coordinate carpools for those who do not have car. We’ll be going to Nashua (or another place in Southern New Hampshire), with the specific address to shared the week of. The day will begin with a brief training, then head out to knock on doors and talk to voters about the issues that matter most to them. Meet outside of Cafe Zing in Porter Square.
The NH campaign staff will provide all canvassing materials, but please bring: a fully charged smartphone, comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and a water bottle.
Whether you’re a first-time volunteer or an experienced canvasser, all are welcome!
A core principle behind all Indivisible and coalition partner events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
