Members of Waltham Concerned Citizens hold a bi-monthly peace vigil on the Waltham Common on the first and third Saturdays of the month. Join with a sign and then head to Café on the Common afterwards to warm up in good company.
Twenty volunteers will show drivers a sequence of twenty signs that show different symptoms of authoritarianism. It's a bit of political theater. Sign-holders will be spaced out so drivers will have a moment to think about the words on each sign before encountering the next.
