Grab a pen and join Chelmsford Connected for a fun, social night with a purpose!
We are getting together to write postcards to voters in key swing states to help Get Out the Vote. Whether you are a seasoned volunteer or have never written a political postcard in your life, you are so welcome here. No experience is needed, and the vibes will be warm, welcoming, and relaxed.
We will bring the postcards, stamps, and messages. You just bring yourself and maybe a friend. Let us grab a drink, connect with neighbors, and take some meaningful action together. We can not wait to see you there!

This presentation will examine the recent ICE raid at the Allston Car Wash and its aftermath, connecting it to the ongoing protests at the ICE facility in Burlington and the broader fight for immigrant justice. Following a 10-minute slide overview of the Car Wash incident, we’ll hear from someone, who distributes aid at the Burlington facility five days a week and will share what she witnesses there firsthand. Together, these voices put a human face on what “enforcement” really means for our neighbors and communities.
This will be followed by an update from de-ICE Citizens Bank Coalition after their second National Day of Action taking place 6/6.

HANDS OFF BEVERLY has been holding weekly peaceful protests since February 17, 2025. On Saturdays we are typically between 130 and 400 people. On the big national days of protest (NO KINGS) we are in the thousands. We have signs and cowbells to borrow, bubbles and the best music by our tireless DJ Jim. We have a permit from the Beverly Police Department and marshals to assist people and answer questions. The best part of our protests are the people. You will have never met so many kind and wonderful folks who over the many months standing out in rain, cold, snow and heat have become a close knit family committed to not standing by in the face of the insanity and cruelty of the current administration. If you are peaceful you are welcome. Come and join the group with the best vibe on the North Shore!

Sarah Trone Garriott (IA 03) is challenging a two-term incumbent, Zach Nun, who won by 4% in ’24. Her race is also rated a toss-up. Sarah is a minister, a mom, a nonprofit leader, and an Iowa state senator who flipped two seats from red to blue, then won a district that went to Trump in ‘24. She still preaches on the weekends. Cook Political has rated this seat a toss-up.
